January 10, 2010

We had our first 2010 meeting on Jan.10^th.

Reminders that if you are planning on joining us you must sign up online by January 31^st.

We are still looking for someone to assist with the management of the Spaghetti dinner.

Announcement for anyone planning on attending our 2010 ASP mission trip, our first manditory meeting is 6pm Sunday, January 10th 2010. Please plan accordingly and arrive in time. We only have the meeting room for 1 hour and need to cover alot of information, we will begin promptly at 6pm.

Please complete the pre-registration form on this webpage prior to attending the January meeting.

Registration has begun for the 2010 ASP mission trip, 

If you are planning on attending or would like more information please complete the form found on this page and plan on attending the information meeting at 6:00pm Sunday November 8, 2009 in rooms 113/115 on the lower level of the church.

Attendees and Parents are asked to complete the registration so that we can keep you informed of the activities and announcements.

Please check the calendar for various scheduled events and meetings. Regular monthly meetings have been scheduled beginning in January 2010 through June.

The 2010 trip has been scheduled for the week of July 18th, 2010.  We will be leaving the morning of Sunday July 18th and returning the afternoon of Saturday July 24th.

 Although not a requirement it is strongly recommended that anyone going on the ASP trip should have a recent tetanus vaccine and should also consider having vaccination against Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B.  We are often working in areas were the is poor plumbing, so protection against these is recommended.  The Hepatitis A vaccine is a two vaccine series given 6 months apart.
